G'day Robert

Whilst we get the information from the ATIS report (when available), and whilst it's not an actual checklist item, it would be nice if Michelle could remind/advise of any crosswind component in the before takeoff or takeoff checklist in the same fashion as she does on approach...........  What do you think?

Hi All,

I've put some man hours into this forum and most should function as is.
But I might have missed some things - and if I find some - I'll post it in this thread.
If you are having issues with the forum, please post here and I'll try and correct/fix it.

1. First - I apologies for those who did try and post here, but could not. I have an issue where members who registered in the old forum could not post here. FIXED
2. I've discovered that not all info in your profiles did propagate to this new forum when I migrated to the new database. I can't do anything about that, so please feel free to add the information you see fit. Work around
3. Make icons stand out better. FIXED - added a "new" icon for new post's
4. Create an IYP Certified group with moderator rights.FIXED
5. Old users can not access their profile.FIXED
6. Spellchecker does not work. Disabeled, this is pending a forum patch'
7. Forum header missing imange. FIXED
8. Template issues. FIXED
9. Menu links to manuals and IYP mothersite. FIXED
10. Need to look at images and how they show. FIXED

Thanks in advance.

Hi All,

Welcome to the forum. :)
We would like to keep the forum friendly and we have a lot of old users that are extremely helpful with all kinds of information.
So - as was the rule in the old forum, we would like you to sign your post with your name.
If you have an IYP/SATC account then we suggest you also use the "IYPing" (See later in this post on "how to")

If you have a question to our support then:
Since there is no way to tie the Forum Names to IYP user information, please provide the following information on ALL queries... it will make our lives a lot easier:

IYP Pilot Number (NOT your e-mail address)
Operating System... XP, Vista or Windows 7
Your installed Service Pack for the OS
    FSUIPC/FSUIPC4 Version Number
    If you are using WideFS
    Simulator... FS9, FSX, or BOTH
Service Pack level of your FS
    Aircraft you are flying
    Browser Type and Version
    CPU(s) Speed
    DRAM size
    Your Question

Thanks in advance <!-- s:) -->:)<!-- s:) -->

How to use IYPing:
Click on the "User Control Panel"
Then "Profile"
On the right side of the screen you then click on "Edit Signature"

In here you can write whatever you want to be attached on your post's.

The IYPing is made my writing:

Code: [Select]
where nnnnn is your Pilot number
Mine looks like this:

Code: [Select]
Cheers
